Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Area
1.1 The online store bioptide.com delivers products throughout the European Union.
1.2 For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may contact pagalba@biopeptidai.lt for individual arrangements.
2. Delivery Methods
2.1 Products are delivered using the following methods:
2.1.1 courier services (e.g., VENIPAK or other logistics partners depending on the destination country);
2.1.2 parcel lockers (where available in the selected country).
2.2 The Seller packs the ordered products and hands them over to the courier service for delivery to the address specified by the Buyer or to the selected parcel locker.
3. Delivery Time
3.1 Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days from order confirmation and receipt of payment within the European Union.
3.2 Delivery time may depend on:
3.2.1 product availability in stock;
3.2.2 the destination country;
3.2.3 the selected delivery method;
3.2.4 courier service operations.
3.3 If delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics or supply disruptions), the Seller will inform the Buyer.
4. Buyer’s Responsibility
4.1 The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address, phone number, and email address.
4.2 The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
5. Unclaimed Shipments
5.1 If the Buyer fails to collect the shipment from a parcel locker or does not accept delivery from the courier within the specified time and the shipment is returned to the Seller, the Seller has the right to:
5.1.1 require the Buyer to cover the cost of re-shipping; or
5.1.2 cancel the order and refund the amount paid, deducting the incurred shipping costs.
