1. Payment Methods

1.1 The Buyer may pay for products in the online store bioptide.com using the following methods:

1.1.1 by bank card via the Stripe payment system;
1.1.2 by bank transfer to the Seller’s specified bank account based on the issued invoice.

1.2 Payment via Stripe allows secure transactions using bank cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, or other supported payment methods).

2. Payment Confirmation

2.1 Payment is considered completed when:

2.1.1 funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account; or
2.1.2 the Seller receives payment confirmation from the payment service provider.

2.2 In the case of a bank transfer, the payment is usually processed within a few minutes but may take up to 1 business day depending on the bank’s operating hours.

3. Order Processing

3.1 The order is processed only after payment confirmation is received.

3.2 Once payment is received, the Seller begins order processing and prepares the products for shipment.

3.3 If payment is not received within 3 business days from the order placement, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.

4. Payment Security

4.1 Payments via Stripe are processed using secure encryption technologies.

4.2 The Seller does not have access to the Buyer’s full payment card details.

4.3 All payments are processed in accordance with applicable payment security standards.
